I have lived in Montana my entire life except for a brief excursion on the big island of Hawaii in 1989. I have been teaching for Great Falls Public Schools since then in various positions. My latest is as an Adult Basic Education math teacher.
I attended the University of Montana and the University of Great Falls for my undergraduate work; I earned a masters degree in integrating technology in the classroom three years ago through Walden University. I continue to take classes on a regular basis to improve my ability as a teacher. Not only do I love to teach, but I love to learn as well. I believe in order to be an effective 21st-century teacher, a person must first be an effective 21st-century learner.
I have a beautiful wife and two wonderful sons. I love to bicycle, ski, play chess, and spend time with my wife, my kids, and my dog Buster. I also enjoy driving my green bus.
I look forward to the opportunity of working with all students who use our program and truly enjoy helping them achieve their goals.
